Bottled my first homebrew at Pateena Road on Saturday. The soon to be award winning Pateena Pilsner (I live in hope)
This will be my entry at this years Hillwood Oktoberfest. Note my secret Hallertau hop concoction boiling away in the pan. Not too long to maintain all those lovely homegrown hop aromas..
